All rights belong to the Illustrator. The Illustrator retains full copyright and may use the artwork for commercial, promotional, and portfolio purposes.

The Client must provide clear visual references and a detailed description of their request before work begins.

The Client is entitled to 3 free revisions at the sketch phase / clean up phase.

Major changes during the rendering stage after sketch approval (e.g., changes to pose, hairstyle, or clothing) will incur an additional fee.

After the sketch is approved, a 50% payment is required before proceeding with the final artwork.

Work will not continue until payment is received.

Client must pay the remaining balance before receiving the final, high-quality files.

Accepted payment methods: PayPal (USD), GCash, and VGen (VGen commissions only).

Estimated turnaround time is 2 weeks to 2 months for ILLUSTRATION COMMISSIONS & 5~7 months for LIVE2D MODELS, and may be extended or shortened depending on the complexity of the commission, required revisions, the Artist’s schedule, academic responsibilities, health conditions, and unforeseen emergencies.

The Client will receive the final artwork in PNG format.

PSD (source file) is included for LIVE2D MODEL and is not included for ILLUSTRATION COMMISSION unless requested and paid for separately.
